    • The Temple of Eshmun

      Departing from the major coastal city of Sidon, visit the Temple of Eshmun, an ancient place of worship dedicated to Eshmun, the Phoenician god of healing. It is located near the Awali river, 2 kilometers northeast of Sidon in southwestern Lebanon.
    • Saint-Savior convent

      Then head to the village of Joun, located 13 km northeast of Sidon in southwestern Lebanon, to visit Saint-Savior convent, built in 1711. Many local products, harvested from the convent’s orchards can be purchased on site.
    • On your way to Jezzine

      Swing by the historic monastery of Saydet Machmoucheh and through Wadi Jezzine head to the village of Jezzine celebrated for its waterfalls, crafts and beautiful traditional houses.
